Automated Traffic Enforcement cameras managed by civil government. Put them on buses to enforce bike lane violations. Sped the money on bike/ped/transit infrastructure.

Has anyone watched 1899 (Netflix)? That was great and creepy but few people have seen it. Similar vibes as The Terror (though goes pretty different places)

We were in Northern France for two Christmas seasons, and I never saw it. It seems like a thing I would notice (and joke about) if it were around.
