I’m going through and putting a final stamp on some chapters in book 1 finally, prepping for professional editing.
I’m hoping some moments in the series hit emotionally hard. It’s primarily diesel/steam punk, with a lot of humor, but strategic scary moments & tension take the fantasy next level.

For the record, the 10 hour OSHA safety course sucks. It’s valuable information, but I work in an office. I sit at a computer. I don’t need a hard hat, or any kind of construction knowledge. Ever. But it’s part of my certification. 💀 I’m a graphic Designer and an author.

So close to being done w cert. I’m also thinking of pausing my main sapphic fantasy and collaborating with an illustrator to make an adorable kids book about a baby dragon. Dunno. I have to see if my friend Peachie is up for it.

Getting close to the end of my self induced torment at work. Managed to put in the garden today this afternoon (imperative with the costs due to the idiotic tariffs) and I’m hoping to get a little writing done on this long weekend since I’ve got a lil break. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc.
