So I'm a big ass swiftie right. I went to the eras tour last year. I was thoroughly buzzing for this new album.

My guys. I fucking hate it.

It's so shallow and empty and vapid and juvenile and it's disappointingly just bad..

I hope on further listens I'll hate it less but damn....

I don’t know where this came from. It started out being part of my Faded Star series, but after painting the sky and distressed architectural details, I felt more inclined to “inhabit” the foreground space... 1/3

At the edge of a decaying concrete tunnel, a woman with shoulder length blonde hair holds out her hand to release a bluebird. It spreads its wings wide taking flight into warm placid skies. The view out of her aerie is from behind. She squats with knees out, comfortably balanced, but noticeably her body is bare. Her clothes lie in a pile beneath her as the sun cuts across the opening of her makeshift sanctuary.

My fire alarm clearly having a malfunction at 4am and going off exactly once,waking me up, then 2 minutes later going off ONCE again, then sitting silent.... I'm still working on the 2nd layer (I've only done Matt, and Laura's face) then I've got more lighting to fiddle with (the joys of using differently lit reference photos)and THEN I have some vague plans of extending the whole thing out and painting in a frame...

Since I finished my Halloween painting early, I've been working on a big fuckin critical role painting that is taking 7 business years to finish 😂 so I have like ... Nothing new to share yet 😂

My critrole painting is all of the portraits... On one A3 canvas size... I might be finished by Christmas😂

(and I know they're in the right place and it's good they're finally getting some help and some blood back in their body, but I can't help but be fuckin worried for them and they're completely alone and I hate everything)

(they've been bleeding for over a month now, and they were given medication to stop it, and it didn't work, and they lost so much blood they've had 2 transfusions today in the space of a few hours, + fluids, and they still don't know what's causing it but they won't stop bleeding and I am CONCERNED)
