They go so well together 🤤 beans goes well with everything, if Americans were able to cook and eat more beans they will not be wasting money on expensive fiber products full of sugar 🙄🤌🏼 is so good for your heart, at least three plates of beans at week to keep you strong and healthy 😇

But frybread is better 😭😩 is like tacos 🌮🤤 I just discovered tacos while living here in the USA... Ana I'm so obsessed!!

You need me to cook for you 💅🏼 a good Pabellón Criollo, with fresh plantains, a ton of garlic and red onions, and served with a good side of mayonnaise 😋🤤

Frybread is just too good to exist 🤤 with a side of ranch sauce, or with spicy sauce 🤤 and after lunch with some coffee is just perfection!

All kind !! I don't discriminate beans 😇 I throw them all together in a pan full of water and spices one night before, to start cooking in the morning, and then cook bacon aside, and throw it over when ready 🤤
If you use an air-fryer, cook some chicken after the bacon to keep that flavor goin on 🤤

Mofongo 🤤 mofongo, tacos, and arepas are the reason why latinos keep those love-handlers 🤤 to show how lovable we are 😈

Love a good open-mind host and a good podcast that reminds us all how important it is to shift the focus from "buy buy buy", to "yes I got a new book, but let's talk about what we can improve now and do better, and why we are not doing it?".

This morning, I just recorded two podcasts to be released later this year, and scheduled one more for June 😌 we focused the entire talk into community and mutual support for each other. My book; is just a beautiful excuse of mine to get back into pagan spaces and cause some good political trouble 😆
