I had similar through my work, started there and while it wasn’t perfect those 8 sessions let me know what I wanted to look for in the next person. Then just looked for in-network people near me and real profiles of the people to try and find someone I figured I would trust.

Actually thought the TO he called was a huge blunder. Without it OM ends up with maybe 10 seconds or less to go the length of the field.
