Some artists may deliberately not use digital technologies in their practice, choosing to work with analog tools and materials. I find this very fascinating when the artists go back to ancient art techniques in order to preserve them in modern times.

As I continued reading, I learned more about this tragedy that I wouldn’t have known about otherwise and it was presented in a beautiful way, despite the horrible events that took place.

The artwork was made of flowers and created a silhouette of a nuclear bomb. I never got a picture of it, but I remember being very fascinated with this art piece.

However, I did see a piece in the Hamilton building that brought attention to the nuclear testing that was done on native islands by the USA.
