No, unfortunately my other roommate and I have to come up with it ourselves. The best we're able to do is do that then turn around and take her to small claims court with the documentation we have.

If an older pet wants to be active, that's a VERY good sign of health. I think it's a case of people humanizing dogs and not understanding that they're built very different from us.
