criminals still have rights. We all should have the rights to a fair trial and the rule of law it is american principle go read a history book. Check out the Boston Massacre and how one of our founding fathers, John Adams, insured they had a fair trial. Those are American principles of freedom.

The US essentially starved them from the technology. If it’s true and their AI uses less energy and less expensive chips it could be scary and have real economic implications. Let’s watch the NVIDIA.
