Newly published EPO/DVO personal jurisdiction case from the KY Supreme Court: opinions.kycourts.net/sc/2024-SC-0... I personally think the analysis should have stopped at waiver. IMHO continuing disconnect between what happens at the circuit court level in family court and what the SC thinks happens

Told my 3YO twins if they cheered for the Eagles they could chant "Fly Eagles Fly" and they are still mad they did not see any actual eagles flying in the 5 min of the Super Bowl they watched before bed time.
