To do that we would need to get rid of lobbyists and special interest groups that make this extremely difficult. It's legalized bribery. And the ones that need to pass the laws are lining their pockets with no incentive to do the right thing.

A big start would be to get rid of Health Insurance companies. They are a middle man that drive up the costs significantly. We don’t have insurance companies in Canada and my healthcare is free. It’s not that complicated.
