Keep your eye on changes at the National Archives. Preserving our history is crucial to preserving our democracy. (Also, the 3 new books & authors highlighted in the cancelled events sound great. I have them all on hold at the library. Checking out books at the library does help authors' sales)

So many horrifying things are happening, but as a historian, I find the blatant rewriting of our history to be particularly chilling.

The “T” was removed in references to L.G.B.T.Q.+ on the official site for the Greenwich Village monument, which marks a milestone in the fight for gay rights. Later, the Q+ also disappeared.
