Does it mean if others are offended by another’s opinion it is now classed as part of this new risk category. Do we understand how easily offended, people get even when there is no intent to offend. Will there be a rash of new complaints trying out these laws just to punish or retribution.

Any critical thinking thoughts on Iran at this time.

I have 64 books in my TBR pile.

I don’t journal about myself or family. Researching Ancestry made me realise I understand the history of their time but not the impact and how they felt about it. So I journal about the global issues and its impact on the world I inhabit. It’s often very therapeutic. It also opens up your interests.

Zionism isn’t only related to the Jewish state of Israel. It is also a definition for churches in South Africa who practice Christianity, while incorporating elements of traditional African beliefs. Definitions matter as they can explain its broader context. Popular musings can alter/delete context.

Before Bondi Beach, I probably wouldn’t have noticed. But since then it has been quite relentless. I have seen protests in New York barring entrance to synagogues and also uni classes to Jewish people. Also many other reports. I just want Iran to have some equal coverage, fighting for freedom.

I suspect many will dismiss Iran because most want Palestine to remain the top priority. Other tragedies occur and we are not allowed to grieve for long, then you start asking more questions. Iran is fighting for their life and the bravery we are witnessing is amazing. They want their King back.

Bondi Beach tragedy was my wake up call. A program I enjoyed previously didn’t even mention it. Maybe it was prerecorded but in the month following-not one word. And they have an Aussie on their team. They mention every other global issue. I will be watching to see if Iran makes it on their show.

The left is starting to resemble the ugly side of MAGA and giving the world fatigue. It’s not the first time a white woman has been killed by law enforcement. Remember how you all blamed the Aussie woman for her stupidity in approaching the police car. We all need to stop being useful idiots.

It was happening on Facebook but that imagery has ceased.

3. In the best interests of the country. The King of England can dissolve the current government and force a new election. It has happened before once, I didn’t agree with it then. But given the last 10 years, maybe it’s a good loophole to avoid a bad government outcome.

2. I probably understand more about your elections over the last 10 years. If you copied our process only as a test case, you would have a different statistical analysis. I understand it may not be viable, as we don’t vote for a leader, we vote for a party. If the party doesn’t govern

1. Aussie here, I love our mandatory voting in elections here. If my team doesn’t win at least I know it really was the voice of Australia. I can live with that. It is almost like continuing education on your civic responsibility. When you are young, your participation is a learning process.

Was thinking a similar thing. I don’t really think it would happen, but then most things that happened this year were not even imaginable.

A little different than our Australian version. I like that all couples were at the same resort and they got some group time there. Also that family time happened more organically. Interesting dynamics so far.

Interesting idea, but I knew I rarely use it. So I looked and forgot that I wrote a small thing about being at my mother’s funeral. Memories.
