It’s also a mindset shift. We are being told to throw out our plastic cutting boards but are used to them being priced at the plastic level. Bamboo boards and their like feel the closest to that.

Can’t speak to your volume, but my wife decided she’d rather buy 1 nice cutting board as a gift vs 3 or 5 mediocre bamboo boards.
