Make sure you get the full report on the plumbing inspection as well! I had a house inspection (they redid the in-house plumbing) but didn’t check the outgoing plumbing…. Yeah….going on 2 years in my home. And I found other issues but that was an easy fix. The plumbing is the headache!

Can relate! Good thing that the VA has benefits that I receive (enough to cover my mortgage) but the cost of everything else to come is the scary part! I barely scratch by. The house insurance in FL is crazy.
