I’m a strong supporter of books as empathy builders for all ages, libraries as community spaces, and access to information.

I usually avoid watching videos of him or listening to him if I can help it. I know he is rude all the time, but the way he just casually insults the reporters is really shocking.

I’m at the other end of the state, just popping in to wish Amtrak ran through Ashland instead of Klamath Falls. Or even that it passed through Klamath at a remotely reasonable time of day.

I took it upon myself to host a Labyrinth viewing party for my 6th grader and his friends last year. None of them had seen it! I was aghast. We haven’t done Dark Crystal yet, mostly because the Skeksis scared me so bad when I was a kid.
