Hello! I've had bsky for a while but haven't really posted on here but I wanted to start by introducing myself. I'm Mercedes- a cartoonist and illustrator. I do a lot of kids comics/illustrations but also non-fiction, science comics, and fantasy. Not sure if art vs artist is a thing here lol but:

How do I keep missing my alarm every morning?
I put this big to note to remind myself that I should wakeup but it doesn't work.

My grandma was eating lunch, and she doesn't like to be drawn!

It's alway scary to start a new social media account! I think, is this drawing good enough?? I probably would say no, and I would have waited to create the perfect drawing but does it exist? The Perfect Drawing? I don't think so.
So here I am, making myself dinner.
