ps: there’s actually quite a lot of precedent for banning people from a platform on the basis of their behavior elsewhere, and i know it because i helped make the case for putting such a clause into the acceptable use policy at a previous job 💅🏻

It Depends (you should be able to *request* an export, but if you live certain places, including some of the states who have passed more robust privacy laws, they may also have a legal *obligation* to provide this to you)
