Just a reminder, in 2016 after Trump took office, interest rates for mortgages increased into the 4’s and 5’s from the 3’s. It wasn’t until covid when we saw them drop into the 2’s & 3’s. So if you think we will see rates lowered bc of the Fed, what Trump doesn’t will cause interest rates to rise.

I have been a mortgage loan officer/broker for 25 yrs. Thinking this weekend how many borrowers I couldn’t have given them a home loan without their overtime, and the people I did get them into a home bc of their OT. This is going to be a major collapse in every industry if not stopped.
