We not only don't have to attend, we also don't need to invite ourselves.
Staying in our lane and listening without interjecting are becoming an Olympic Sport. Hoping to medal in this sport myself, after lots of practice and training! I've been working on it.

By the time “they” are gone, it’s too late. Treat people so well that they never want to leave. The greatest gift to the world is PEOPLE ....love them, respect them, retain them.
Choosing not to, means you are okay with letting them go.

Read that again.
So simple yet so complex.
God’s message was simple:
Love ALL
Love OFTEN
Love WITHOUT CONDITIONS

Nowhere did he say:
Love only if they look like you
Love only if they can do something for you
Love only if it fills your bank account
Love only if it gives you power

The REAL work has always been the same:
Love your neighbor.
Be generous to strangers.
Protect nature.
Heal the wounds of all.

These aren’t handouts, but rather hand ups. They give people the hand up that they need in life.

So, the REAL work will remain the REAL work.
The rest is noise and greed.

It doesn’t matter what you are leading, look for the good in people & celebrate that!
When you lead with kindness, compassion, empathy, & a desire to bring out the best in people, then “your people” will:
-respond
-perform &
-show you what they can do

The world needs leaders creating leaders!
