It's #BreastCancer Awareness Month now, so I'm reposting this to say: don't forget to touch your breasts and take care of your health. You only have the one.

What's interesting is that I was diagnosed with cancer in October, when there were pink ribbons and posters everywhere :D

On a journey toward a beautiful body, assess the risks realistically and be prepared for nature to respond.
I've always really wanted to like myself, so I spent many years on diets. In doing so, I damaged my health and got cancer.
