Can we create and establish a clearly marked Guardian Angel Force who will stand up for "We the People" made up of Congressman, Senators, Mayors, Governors, ex military, ex police, ex FBI members so that when we protest on September 2 in DC we feel safe?

Can we create and establish a clearly marked Guardian Angel Force who will stand up for "We the People" made up of Congressman, Senators, Mayors, Governors, ex military, ex police, ex FBI members so that when we protest on September 2 in DC we feel safe?
Can we get protection by for instance a League of Volunteer Guardians so that people will not be afraid to protest, given Trumps moves on taking over DC with the National Guard etc.?
Can we get Representatives to support us in this protest and help lead the way?
