As someone who has worked in an industry before and after the CFPB was created, oh it’s a necessary evil to prevent companies from taking advantage of consumers. Just because the ROI may not be there for the govt doesn’t mean you scrap it. The govt is not a business. Ugh.

Glitter Gulch is a new tiki bar in Vegas off Fremont. Just opened in October. They didn’t have branded mugs yet, but the decor is great. The drinks were not bad, I give them some leeway since it was open only a week when I went.

It’s really delicious. I’ve never had a bad beer from Barn Town in Des Moines.
