Late night meal plan!
I had a bunch of oranges that I had to use so decided to make orange chicken.
Followed my heart to make the sauce and... it came out great 👌

I love thrifting, found a nice crockpot to help with my meal plans! It's great to just set and forget, had it cooking overnight for some teriyaki chicken.
Also got an instant pot with a steam basket, cooked rice with broocoli on top giving it a nice seasoning.

Had some veggies that needed to be cooked, meal planned with a beef stew... accidentally bought too much meat and have 10 days worth! 10 days not needing to cook! 😁

Tried their vegan pizza for the second day. It was very savory, didn't taste a difference with the cheese. Simply delicious!

I tried nattō for breakfast.
Pretty interesting, ate plain with the rice then added fried egg. Flavor is strong with umami but I think the right toppings would balance out the flavors

Remade it with the proper breadmaker yeast! The squish came out a lot nicer and was easy to cut. Chewed nicely and delicious with some coffee ☕️🐴
