ok ive turned off notifications for youtube. 20 minute timer set for most social media apps

i have the twitter app because thats where news for stuff i'm interested in gets posted but i cant stop myself from scrolling through the app after opening it from a notification

should i just completely uninstall some apps...

cant stop scrolling on my phone. i wish i was at least playing a game on my phone but im just scrolling. opening apps and scrolling. its extremely upsetting

the switch is still cool actually. also i remember taking it to school and playing it during lunch breaks or something and some kids walked by and said "whoa is that a switch?"
