According to the Japanese site they didn’t block taking pics or videos. Just easily sharing them. You can still USB transfer or remove the microSD to do it.

I’m not arguing over it. I’m just glad they didn’t fully block taking pics or videos. If anything ever came up that I felt like I absolutely had to share I could still use the capture button and either remove the SD card or just take a picture with my phone like we had to do on 3DS

Apparently it means they took out direct image sharing from the OS, but you can still do it by USB Transfer or removing the SD Card in an effort to make bullying harder?
