It presents as an RPG but it’s more of a visual novel. There are RPG systems and boardgame-style dice placement mechanics that stop it from being a mostly passive let’s read a story experience. But fundamentally you are just engaging in these wonderful vignettes of life in this place.

Citizen Sleeper - Had it for ages but barely played it. Started playing it properly yesterday and it's freaking delightful.
