I felt I got a good education in the 60s and 70s.
But when Reagan became president, and conservatism swept the land, I saw an immediant effect on the education system.

One note about Ford is that he doesn't read well and can't spell. He doesn't use a computer. If he was assessed, he's probably functionally illiterate. So he uses his phone to phone people. Like when he called up this guy to threaten him.
