False. The 8 p.m. deadline on Election Day in Michigan was for voters to cast their ballots, not for those ballots to be delivered or counted.

And in case you were wondering about Byrne’s lawyer, it’s Stephanie Lambert, who had a warrant out for her arrest after Dana Nessel charged her with stealing voter data in Michigan in 2020 to help Trump steal the election. She was picked up when she showed up in court in a different Byrne case.
