The enampment sweeps are hugely damaging to the people. They're also immoral and frankly anyone at the city being involved in it making it happen should never have a day of peace

The point here being, people who have no house or home and are instead making due with whatever happens outside. They're deserving of dignity and also of not having their contingent dwellings destroyed every time we have a sweep.
