Country is on the bones of it's arse, trains don't work, jails too full, can't see a GP, pensioners can't have heating allowance. But we are going to spend £46 million, £46 MILLION, on a fucking statue for some German bird! How many nurses/police/dentists could that pay for? What a fucking joke!
