If you think he has improved anyone then I'm happy to hear about who you think. I think one of a coaches job is to improve players. I personally think he has not done that and in actual fact he has destroyed some players confidence completely. But like I say I am happy to be proved wrong.

I'm not after shouting, I'm after tactical nous, different systems, using your squad, improving players. We will have to disagree, but I am firmly dyche out.
