Growing up in the 80s and 90s, I went to a lot of punk and hardcore shows in Boston. Skinheads were often present at those shows, but they were always outnumbered and always got thrown out of venues. I remember several instances where they got their asses handed to them on the way out.

i was out at a bar awhile back and the bartender asked if i grew up catholic, and i did. i asked him how he knew and he said “only people that grew up catholic lean forward at a bar, you carry too much trauma” and that’s lived in my head rent free ever since lmfao

The attacks on artistic expression are deliberate. Something simple to help is support art in your own community. Find a community theater and see a show. Find a collaborative gallery and check out their latest projects. Punch nazis. These are just little things you can do to help.

@alexsteed.bsky.social I don’t think Sarah is on socials and I’m a week behind (sorry) but George Lazenby gets a bad rap and “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” is my favorite Bond film. In fact, it would be great for the show. It’s a not-your-typical Bond film.
