The heart attack that took my dad was so sudden and intense that we had no chance of saving him, but plenty of people die from heart attacks that could have been survivable if someone knew the lesser known symptoms. It’s my greatest hope that by sharing this every year, I can spare someone’s life.

I'm bad at the con selfie game but today was fun, just got back from the craftsmanship contest and I definitely want to try and enter next year!

Kara definitely made me feel great during the shoot and there are going to be some amazing photos! I'm still changing out of Maomao though because the skirt needs about another 2 inches hacked off before I can walk safely 😅
