I believe these regulations are tied specifically to the proposed pipeline rather than a broad, government-wide reversal of environmental regulations.

It seems to me that this a ‘deal’ that is only about exposing the hypocrisy of fossil fuel advocates, and will never result in a new pipeline because it doesn’t make economic sense. The ‘deal’ relies on private funding which will never materialize. The process is actually brilliant.

The lesson here is for all the MAGA sheep - if it can happen to MTG it can happen to you. That’s it.
