Appreciate the explanation. I see now how microbes can diversify like finches on islands, nutrient differences and the airway’s structure create isolated niches, allowing chronic infections to drive both ecological separation and rapid evolution. I like the analogy.

Not fictional, a quick shot from a series my mom was watching of a burned girl, not too ugly, but red. I have had anxiety for almost a year waking up in the middle of the night making sure my mom is not burned! I was so traumatized by the idea of sudden death too before that shot and after 🤣💔

Why would menopause kill women in their opinion?
Does it relate to hormonal regulation, fibroids and their association with cancer?
It's not because of the menopause, it's because of genetics, bad habits, diet and environmental factors. Menopause is just a phase, requires more health care. Right?
