Cheaper evening/afternoon tickets exist but sold out quickly (£55.85 - £75.85), but even those add up, especially with travel/food costs in London.

What do YOU think?

Is the price justified or has it priced out the very people it should inspire?

Does the cost put YOU off attending? Discuss! 👇

Arguments AGAINST?

❎ That price point excludes SO many passionate gardeners, families & people on lower incomes.

❎ Does it make horticulture feel inaccessible, contradicting the idea that gardening is for everyone?

❎ Are there ways to fund it without such high barriers to entry?

Arguments FOR the pricing?

✅ It's a world-class event, expensive to stage (think incredible gardens, logistics, venue).

✅ The RHS is a charity; funds support vital horticultural research, education & community projects.

✅ Helps manage huge crowds & maintain a certain atmosphere.
