Hi I'm Em and I'm just trying to exist in peace. This is an OC (and possibly fandom) space with some self care yapping.

The topics in these games are always handled with such care, too. Messages of hope, to not give up, to let you know you're not alone. Boberbros/Mnim are putting in THE work in these games and have easily become a developer in which I look forward to seeing their stuff.

The newest game, No Mean Nothing, is something everyone should either watch or play. The ways in which I was uncomfortable because I've also been in situations where people act like you owe them for doing things you never asked them to do, which is also the point of the game.

Doing this at the beginning of December also allows for some prep time if any is needed while going into the New Year. We're letting go of all that heaviness and starting lighter. I hope whoever finds this finds that it helps and I hope we can all grow and heal better together 💜

Doing this will allow a much easier way to feel your emotions, to grieve, and how to act/react accordingly with as much regulation as possible. It's a way to stop putting so much control of ourselves into how people treat us and more control into how we handle ourselves through it.

Then after going through all of that I'm going to figure out exactly what it is I need to start doing for myself and what I plan to focus on in the new year. We can go on and on about what we expect from people, but in the end we can't control what they do and have to focus on what we can do for us.

Obviously there are things we need to prioritize even if we don't want to, but the key is to be happy with the way YOU lived YOUR life. No one else can tell you how to do that. Find joy and hold it close. Don't remained shackled by the idea that you can only celebrate when you're 'successful'.

In case you've not heard it enough, I'm proud of you and the progress you've made for yourself 💜 i believe in you and your ability to keep pushing forward on your journey uwu
