Imam Jamil Al-Amin’s passing compels us to reflect on the struggle he lived and the one he still represents. A lifelong activist who stood for justice when it wasn’t safe, many believe he was wrongfully convicted. His story reminds us to keep fighting for those unjustly imprisoned.
