C'est un marronnier, mais pas que. Car oui, le changement d’heure est mauvais pour la santé. L’analyse des données de santé en fonction de l’ensoleillement de chaque province des USA le prouve: obésité et AVC diminueraient un peu si on gardait la même heure, et plus nettement avec l’heure d’hiver.
