There are 1,440 minutes in a day. If you want to bring your best self forward each day, devote at least 30 minutes toward exercise. Is it always what we want to do? Nope. Does our body & mind depend on it? YEP! It’s ok to slow down & choose YOU. Prioritize!

Find your people who will help you find new solutions to reach your hardest to reach kid. This shouldn’t just be on you. It takes a team. When your school finds a way to reach “that kid”, you can reach all kids.
