Blaming poor public health on seed oils and pesticides is a convenient diversion from the real issues:

excessive meat consumption + inadequate fiber consumption.

They don’t want you healthy and they don’t want to spoil their kickbacks. Follow the money and you’ll find the truth.

Here’s your playbook to de-bloat and re-energize before Monday:

1. Orange, lemon, ginger + turmeric energy shots
2. Kale salads with roasted purple sweet potatoes, pomegranate seeds + olive oil
