A couple of new wines from the excellent 2023 vintage. The Riesling is made from partially botrytized grapes, and has a deep mineral core of apricot fruit and is totally dry. The gewurtz has all the lychee and rose petal you could want, but is also dry and bright. No, really, it’s dry.

Pressing the final grapes of 2024 on November 8. Looking at this snapshot it’s hard not to notice we are still basically just home winemakers. All the grapes — 15+ tons this vintage — see the inside of that little 5 gallon bucket.
