Staying by the airport is so cool. Planes are huge. Where I live we have freighters on the water. Those are also a sight to see. I took this video yesterday evening. Michigan is beautiful.

I received an employee retention bonus from one of our PIHP's. Folks. I just paid off my motorcycle loan. The goal I set for myself was delayed by one year for health issues. I feel such relief. Now I can take that payment and put it on the next high interest account. Adulting high.

Taking regular lawn ornaments and adding Hiccups. That's what the youngest respawn calls skeletons thanks to a wonderful book called..."Skeleton Hiccups" by Margery Cuyler, illustrated by S. D. Schindler. *side note, I'm a spooky person and our house is spooky all year long.

I love the smell of candles lit just in case the power goes out in the middle of a thunderstorm. I love the flickering flames. I love watching the lightening dance across the sky. I love hearing the deep rumble move above me freely and powerfully. I love the earthy smell when the storm passes.
