Importance of clinicians' emotions when talking with vaccine hesitant people. Our work explored this in England & France. Different conversation styles associated w different emotions. Perhaps training HCPs in vaccine conversations could reduce burnout?

V interesting the problematic concept of ‘digital maturity’ for services; like progress means switching to all digital tools, when traditional approaches can better serve patient needs.
