Yes, that was my understanding too. And we’d grown the audience - especially in the north. But we just didn’t have enough staff. Gutting. That said, the show will doubtless be brilliant.

Production of the show moved from Salford to London. The show now comes from Broadcasting House - more producers, more studio managers. The show is in v safe hands with another brilliant team…but I’m gutted nevertheless!

This afternoon we're recording the music with the brilliant baroque flautist Daniel Lappin, and the little dramatic scenes with a bunch of actors. I can't wait to put the soundscapes together!
