Practices across the UK are still very concerned about the impact that the rise in NI contributions will have. This issue has not gone away - despite this year's contract deal, practices in England are also still v worried about these extra costs

Restricting it to GPs who are less than 2y post-CCT is wrong, at best these roles are better suited to experienced GP
