It feels like you don't hear a lot of good things, so I'm honestly in tears over the generosity of local businesses and people to our local foodbank this Christmas as I take delivery of another donation.

I popped into the White Ribbon event in Wickersley this afternoon. A brave event organised by great female Labour Councillors - it's important to have a space to talk about domestic abuse.

Tonight was the 10th anniversary of Reclaim the Night in Rotherham.
It started to make sure women's voices were heard and I would never have guessed back then the impact it would have.
Tonight was produced by Flux who did an amazing job carrying on the spirit of the night.
