Out of hours team have said they cannot confirm whether the contractor will have a key to the pump room, which has been a consistent issue in the past. Please get BOTH of these issues sorted. I've spent c. 90 mins on the phone to you this w/end @OneHousing @RH_OneHousing

Water is now off again, having been off for 5 days in one part of our block last weekend. Can hear water dripping in the pump room. This is the same issue as we reported in February, when it was ignored for two months and there was a flood. 2/3

Some will struggle to find the train fare and they may also be disadvantaged by having to sit it in unfamiliar surroundings. My school will cover the costs for these students if necessary to avoid this. 2/2
