Today I'm writing to news agencies THAT SHOULD KNOW BETTER urging them to stop calling DOGE "a department." Only Congress can create a federal office. I'm going to send them Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the constitution. Facts matter. Laws matters. Even if our government acts like they don't.
