Dan knows he was exploded. He mentioned it when traveling back from Mexico with he prisoner in the back of the car suggesting to Dan that he needed to find god, for Dan to reply 'Oh I found god and he exploded my entire body for sleeping with his wife' in 'Daniel Espinoza ...(1)
